that it would really behoove the board in order for us to fully vet two different concepts in terms whatv that appeal window should look like. second, i think there is general agreement in the room we need better notification. and, so, i think there is a question in terms of how little or how much, how much is done. and this legislation, how much more can we do in a different perspective of what ceqa reform looks like. i'm really looking forward to what the planning department has already been working on apparently for a couple of years in terms of improving the notification process. that could vastly change, then, the discussion around what needs to be included in the legislation. when that's fully vetted i think we'll have maybe a better place. but since it's not in place yet i think this is a conversation that we have to have. so, here are my thoughts just on the current legislation. one, i think dealing with negative declarations and exemptions are important. however, i think many members of the public have stated that it went a little too far in also changing how we formally deal wit
