from fort washington we were onto wheaton in montgomery county. we heard about another break there with homes potentially threatened. you can see the roads are just a sheet of ice. this is off of georgia avenue on wise man road fortunately no homes flooded there like in fort washington. the water company, wssc is taking responsibility for personal damages as a result of these water main breaks. we'll take care of them. itself it's unfortunately and frustrating but we have a claims office that will take care of them. they go through the claims office and we'll clean it out and fix anything that needs to be fixed wssc says it's rare that homes end up flooding. unfortunately these water main breaks not rare at all. that company is dealing with 40 to 606 breaks per day. i saw that d.c. water had 730 water main breaks earlier this week. this warm up may not help things because sudden increase in temperature can also have this same impact on pipes. we're live in tacoma park, lindsay watts. crews at j f jfk international airport also dealing with water p
