this is a i will tell you where it is. 880 south at the whipple dyer street exit. see traffic is slowing down at that point and it gets better. that's because they can see this. this is a crash that was there since early this morning. it didn't cause much of a backup but now as people, as the sun comes up, all of a sudden is causing a backup because people are driving by and they can see. it happened around 15 am. the chp and police are there and you can see traffic is still going to be up acted. especially on whipple but also on the freeway because people can see it and that's unfortunate because, for people who are getting off can see it. there slowing down on the offramp and then the freeway for some reason mysteriously picks up right after that point. i'm not sure exactly what's going on because i didn't think macarthur maze. no major prto be backed up and this morning's commute on 880 is slow. >>> new this morning, the surgeon general is issuing an advisory warning about the dangers of the growing use of e- cigarette especially among teenagers. >> e-cigarette
