acting attorney general, matt whitaker. matt, it's great to see you this morning.uit? does it have merit? >> yeah, i think it does. i think there's going to be a long road, though. this ultimately is a case that's going to end up in the supreme court and there's going to be several hurdles that need to be cleared before the supreme court ever hears this case but i think there are two interesting issues. the first is the free speech issue that is raised in the lawsuit and then also the section 230 immunity. i think ultimately 230 immunity is going to go away because congress is going to act and needs to act of. the first amendment is a very interesting question because these are private companies as you know and typically the courts have not extended free speech obligations and protections to private companies and so i think that is going to be the crux of this lawsuit. but ultimately these social media companies have too much power and have consolidated that power through their terms of use and their policies and i think that's where this lawsuit gets to the heart
