the white house is just over that way, and just yesterday bullets were found on white house grounds. here again is the suspect police are looking for. park police have a warrant out for 21-year-old oscar ortega hernandez. they believe he was responsible for firing shots near the white house on friday. witnesses reported the shots being fired here, as i said, on constitution and 16th around 9:30 p.m. the secret service, u.s. park police, and a number of other police departments responded to the scene and found a car with evidence inside, including a semi automatic rifle that was traced back to ortega. now secret service may have found where those shots actually landed. the secret service is reporting that a bullet hit an exterior window of the white house and was stopped by ballistic glass. an additional round of ammunition was also found on the exterior of the white house. the bullets were found just yesterday. at this point, the secret service says it has not conclusively connected friday's incident with the bullets on the ground, but at this time all federal agencies want to talk w
