it is called the walt whitman plaza look at the the paper signs they have put up on the door. when they have no water legally, health wise they cannot open for anything, not tone serve you a gator raid out of the refrigerator. so nothing for 30 miles until you get past exit number two which is a licensing ride and long time to hold you it if you have to hold it. plaza is closed. no water in the building is what the sign says. the water pipe burst. they are out back trying to fix it as fast as possible but trying to fix things in this kind of weather is even harder because if you are digging under the ground the ground is rock hard as well. big problems for anybody who is driving on the turnpike and need to rest, you know what i mean. you can at least get gas. the the turnpike is opened, rest stop is still opened. you can pull in here. guys, i got the to put this delicately use your imagination and your fortitude to figure out what to do. i'm sure trucker know the the tricks to the trade. lauren, i don't want to gress our audience out. this will be the first of many water pipes

this is a live look at i-95 northbound just north of the walt whitman bridge. and again, you know, this is that time period i just drove in coming up 202 and then the schuylkill expressway where we just now hit that threshold where the plow trains can start to do their job. i did not the see one plow train working at all, in the last hour on my drive-in here. 202, snow covered, the schuylkill expressway, snow covered. i-95 here this is northbound there is the exit for columbus, avenue and delaware avenue here in south philadelphia. so a a jackknife tractor trailer on that northbound side of i-95. all of the bridges have speed restrictionness play, because of the weather. wear down to 25. ate plow train going through there. heading out the front door right now we are trailblazers. i wish i had a plow on the trent of my vehicle i could have help the penndot guys. but again underneath that snow, could be ice. i saw a cab kind of do a 360 on route 202. i saw two separate accidents on the way in on the schuylkill expressway, bottom of the on and off ramps right here
