stacey: kcci's vanessa peng shows why the iowa state patrol says they were traveling under dangerous conditions. she has the story from webster city. vanessa: they were 7 people in the car when the accident happened. the car was traveling westbound here on highway 20, got off of this exit which is 140 going in to webster city when the driver lost control and the car rolled several times in that ditch. out by the exit ramp, debris is thrown all over the shoulder. two people, including the driver, 19-year-old richard elmore of hopkins, south carolina, were killed in the crash. 22-year-old shelly coenen from tomah, wisconsin was ejected from the car and died at the hospital. it happened late monday night just before midnight. in this video, you can see the two toned 1998 ford explorer is totaled. all the back windows smashed, the windshield caved in. in another view, you see damage showing the tell tale signs of a rollover crash. four passengers from sioux city, 16-year-old breanna leners, and 3 18-year-olds angelo hernandez, bret seibold, and meaghan stiverson were taken to area hospit

why they're in iowa today... des moines shooting. police are looking for the person who shot a man late last night. it's friday november 6th.. today first on 13... des moines police are working this morning to determine who shot someone inside a des moines home. it happened around 9 o'clock last night... that's when police were called to the 31-hundred block of cambridge street. when they arrived, a man was found shot inside this home. he was taken to the hospital with non- life threatening injuries. police say the suspect had already run off by the time they got there... but they do not believe the nobody had any information on a where we stand right now. polk county deputies also responded to the scene. and new overnight... police also looking into who shot at a house on des moines' east side. the 12- hundred block of filmore street. police found several bullet house. they were on scene investigating for at least an hour... gathering shell casings from an alley behind the home. police tell us no one was injured there. no word on su
