next, we want to talk just quickly about three bills that were authored by senator wiener. sb 532 was signed by the governor and allows san francisco, long beach and santa monica to conduct a five year pilot of mobile only parking zones. sb 960 was a complete streets bill and that strengthens requirements that the state owned surface streets accommodate all road users. sb 961 would have required that every passenger truck, bus, and vehicle equipped be equipped with a system that alerts drivers if they're exceeding the speed limit. however, that was vetoed by the governor. two other bills that were supported by the city are listed here. these were also signed by the governor. those were ab 689, which makes it easier to convert a traffic lane into uses for active transportation and transit that fall within the coastal development zone. and ab 1777, which was authored by assembly member ting and that was an autonomous vehicle bill moving to federal and state grants. we also wanted to look back and just highlight that we successfully won a number of federal and state competitiv
