just this weekend, law enforcement had to shut down yet another sideshow, this one at wilbur avenue. in addition to a crash between two vehicles, someone also was setting off fireworks and sparked that brush fire you see there in the distance. this is just some of what law enforcement is dealing with in antioch. firefighters, again, had to deal with that over the weekend as well in the same area. now, the plan today is for the mayor to offer up about a half million dollars worth of community grants. these are for businesses to make improvements, businesses in some of the highest crime areas in the city of antioch. they'll be able to apply for money to improve the facades of their businesses, to hire security, do whatever they have to do in order to stay in business and keep people on the payroll. the mayor is expected to speak anytime now. that was scheduled for 11:00. they usually start a little bit late, but we'll bring you the update when we have new information. >> thanks, kris. >>> residents in santa clara county are calling for better working conditions. it's a day of action th
