williams, guilty of three counts of second-degree murder and 25 other felonies. sentencing in this case is set for next september 11. live in superior court, pat collins, news4. >> thank you, pat. >>> 55-year-old wayne price was in court today in montgomery county. police say that he shot and killed his 23-year-old son matthew price. police say that there was an argument on saturday night at an apartment in gaithersburg and say the elder price tried to walk away from it. when the fight continued he pulled out a gun and shot his son. the elder price has been charged with first-degree murder. a judge ordered him held woupt bond. >>> the district is going to have to pay thousands of dollars to four people who challenge their drunk driving conditions -- convictions. the attorney general's office says that the district has agreed to pay about $20,000 to four people. they were part after group of 20 that said their convictions were based on breathalyzer scores from machines that were uncalibrated. therefore, inaccurate. the other 16 cases are still pending. last february police were ordered to stop using those machines because the results were inaccurate. >
