many of them are thriving, and they're doing so because of the governor. >> william donald schaefer wouldbeen 90 years old today. part of his legacy is the william donald schaefer city fund. it was a fund to help their reservoir hill community to start what they call their own community farm. there were not reasons, were not opportunities to come out and meet your neighbor. tonight -- now with the firm you have that opportunity. with that people get inspired. they grow just about everything on the farm from flowers, fruits, to all kinds of vegetables. the idea is to bring the community together, and so far it seems to be working. this farm is more than just a farm. >> it is a way for people to come together. we got a grant to do a harvest festival. we have 300 people in this area over here come together and share recipes. >> never kids have got involved in the project. they hope to pick vegetables and attended the plants. it is all part of a process of building a stronger community. the good deal like carrots? yack? >> i think it is really beautiful. i hope nothing happens to it. i like h
