from prince william parkway, we'll take at least 40 minutes to get to the beltway. eun? >> thank you. >>> 6:43. breaking news out of rockville. this is one of two fire scenes we're at this morning. megan mcgrath is live now. what are you learning so far? >> reporter: well, we have new information about the history of this building and a police call that came in last night before the fire began. the fire is at the karma academy. a former treatment facility for juveniles in the justice system. it has been closed for a number of years. the electricity has been cut to the building. we're learning that last night a 911 call came in, a call to police. rockville city police, for a report of an open door here at the facility. it's owned by the county. because of that, there are routine security checks done to the facility, to the grounds. during one of those checks last night, that security officer discovered the open door. again, this facility is supposed to be all boarded up and locked tight. they checked out the building, did not find anybody inside, secured the building, and
