gunfire took the life of 25 year old willie cook... great guy.. his uncle today, told us about his nephew. cook served in the army reserves, returning in september from a tour in afghanistan and worked as a forklift operator at the ford plant not far from home... well rounded, hard working guy. he worked. he didnt deserve it. an empty parking spot marks where willie had just pulled up in his car saturday afternoon outside his grandmothers home, his 3 year old son antwan sat in the backseat when someone opened fire. he told my mother 'ill be in there in three minutes as soon as i get through texting. he was on his phone texting. and he was going to bring the baby in, because the baby was in the backseat. antwan was shot in the leg and surived..but willie, who got shot in the neck, did not. police believe this was a case of mistaken identity related to another shooting nearby last week. willie, who surived war in afghanistan, and was engaged to be married this year... died in the place where he grew up. served his country... come home.. survived ove

>> willie, thanks. pistorius has just been granted bail.sinski is at the court in pretoria. good morning. >> reporter: carl, after more than an hour and a half of the judge's ruling leading up to that point we finally do know he will be granted bail. that's not a big surprise to a lot of people because of the way the system works here, but the judge made it seem so. you really couldn't tell throughout his ruling which way this was going to go. first he spelled out pretty much every element of evidence that was presented and disputed then by the defense. that was something we expected him to do. that's just part of the process, part of the law. then the judge started getting into his own opinions about what was presented. he criticized the state's case saying some of the evidence they presented was merely circumstantial, some of it through the chief police detective was just wrong. he said not all of the work was done that should have been done. but then he said, still that does not mean that that was the state's case, that the state's case
