this is willie jolly. i want to share a simple idea to help you live better and have greater success. we have been talking about the fact that in these challenging times we see a rise in anxiety, stress-related illnesses and as a by-product of that anger we see people getting angry and they are responding and lashing out and making decisions that impact not just today but a long time to come. that is why i encourage you before you act to take some time to think about what you are going to do. many times people are angry and will shoot off an e-mail and it impacts their lives in ways they can't even begin to describe or the believe. that's why before you shoot an e-mail out or write a letter or leave a voice mail, think about what you are going to do and ask the question, is this going to matter in a year? at that point you will be able to maybe pull back and take some time before you act. think before you act and you will have greater actions in the future. this is willie jolly. visit my website at will he
