today was our first full day in williston, north dakota. there were so many different people from all walks of life. all of them have come to this place. the one place in all of the united states where people can be virtually guaranteed a job that will then change their lives and the lives of their families. ♪ ♪ ♪ introducing synchrony financial. bringing new meaning to the word, partnership. banking. loyalty. analytics. synchrony financial. engage with us. >> the epicenter of the boom is williston, north dakota. in the last four years, this once sleepy farm town has doubled in population. every rig that goes up here brings another influx of traffic, and testosterone. so what do you do when thousands and thousands of men descend upon small prairie towns? you build a bunch of man camps. this is the target logistics man camp, a sprawling pop-up village build on what used to be an empty field. over a thousand men call this place home. >> this place is hardly luxurious. but most of the guys who live here, live here for free and get free meals.
