well now we're gonna head to willoughby, one of the oldest buildings there. let's turn the clock back to 1947. the owner of the building, don norris, was found lying in a pool of his own blood. was it murder or an accident? (solemn music) it has a history that dates back from the late 1700's. it is full of spirits. one of the most well-known spirit is that of mr. don norris. he was one of the owners of willoughby coal in the '40's, and he met a very mysterious end (footsteps) falling through a third floor window. (man screaming) g his death. it was ruled an accident, but some say that maybe he had a little help going out that window. but we do know that mr. norris' spirit is still inside willoughby coal, and he likes us to acknowledge that fact. so maybe he's trying to tell us what really happened. there was a lot of coal dust in his clothes that were freshly laundered when he put them on maybe 20 minutes earlier. one of the theories is the reason he had all that coal dust through willoughby coal, up to the third floor, and then unceremoniously thrown out. so

shelby miller is live in willoughby with the latest. shelby? >> reporter: yeah, chris, denise, still an active scene as willoughby police investigate to try to figure out what happened. as you saw from the video snippet this is what happened early this afternoon and started in one parking lot across the street here. that's where the suspect's car ultimately ended. he jumped the curb between that traffic and there was a parked at&t truck. that's where the suspect crashed and that's where this ended. we believe that is where he died. we spoke to a witness who tells us they thought the suspect was involved in a regular car accident and went to help him. according to officers this started at the lowe's which is on the other side of this street here. that's where the suspect was found by p they got a tip he was a wanted felon. an officer went to question him. at the time he gave them a fake name. that's when another officer came in for a backup parking a motorcycle in boxing in the suspect in and the suspect backed his car up into the motorcycle as
