willow grove 11. kyle says in hatboro 10.oyersford 11 and phil says in philadelphia it is only 17 degrees. well, here's a look at what is coming. we have a clipper this an ordinary clipper an arctic air mass and this storm is going to redevelop off the coast again and it will be a triple threat. threat number one the snow. we talked about that during our first weather cast. here's the snow that will be moving in and we're talking about very cold conditions behind it. the snow will be moving in in bands. some snow squalls. that will reduce visibility at times and then behind this system, wicked winds strongest winds that we've seen this entire winter season and the cold that goes along with it record cold by monday when this arctic high builds into the delaware valley first let's talk about the snow again. snow squalls in the afternoon and in the evening. the heaviest late in the day. about an inch to 3-inches of snow in the philadelphia area. in the city itself, about an inch or so. that's just about it but it will come down
