wilmington has tied a new record low. add the wind out of the northwest in the teens it's giving you windchills making it feel like 16 below in philadelphia. 19 below in wilmington and 10 below in wildwood, right now. all these numbers very significant, and and frostbite is definitely a possibility. it can happen very quick i will. in the delaware and lehigh valleys. anywhere from 30 to 60 minutes is fast enough to get frostbite on exposed skin this morning. in time poconos it could be as little as 15 minutes. bundle up and cover up today. thanks are mr. president, we have a lot of schools off thanks to president's day. of course we have extra cancellations because of the cold. 3 degrees on the smart phone app. storm tracker 6 live app right now 6 degrees is what the temperature will be at 8:00 a.m. noon, 17. the high today will be 21 degrees and even by then, windchills will be severe. there's snow on the way tonight with a winter storm watch and warning across the region. i'll have more on that and future tracker 6 show
