more than an inch possible in swedesboro and wilmington. an inch and a third in pottstown and doylestown. more than an inch in philadelphia and at the shore. a lot of rain that's going to take time to make its way to the streams and way to the rivers. with the rains is going to continue into the weekend. that's not the only threat from the storm system. the heaviest rain as we and tom morning. there will still be downpours in the afternoon. the biggest threat tomorrow afternoon will be the damaging winds. winds of 50 to 60 miles per hour. the coastal flood threat, that will be ramping up on friday. the worst of it looks set with high tides over the weekend, especially saturday morning from 8:00 to 11:00. moderate, possibly pockets of major flooding possible on saturday and saturday evening. thawing is possible once again. a big storm with a lot of impacts for our area. and tracking it neighborhood by neighborhood. fortunately meteorologist brittney shipp is here to break it down. >> there are a lot of moving parts, and it depends on where y

this is near wilmington, so between philadelphia and wilmington and into the northern portion of delaware, even now starting to see a band of snow forming in southern delaware and these bands are kind of migrating from north to south through the area. the good news is we're starting to see clearing in burgs county up into the lehigh valley and poconos. more than a foot in some places, 19 inches of snow there. some of you have reports of more than 2 or 3 inches of snow. a lot of grassy areas, but on the roads, a lot of that has turned to slush and is melting. temperatures are above freezing. the heaviest bands of snow now which are being blown around from wilmington to middletown o toto alaway, edging back toward philadelphia. so you can see, this is the rotation of the storm. but you see it breaking up here on the backside, which is very good news. this is what's going to happen. hour by hour. you can see right now, temperatures above freezing. so a lot of this is going to melt. the winds are going to continue out of the north. piling water up along the seashore, but you see things will b
