delaware police say they have two people who they believe robbed a citibank in wilmington. 26-year-old cordell stewart of newark and a 17-year-old from wilmington are charged in connection with the robbery at the wsfs bank in wilmington. it happened yesterday. police say they were able to catch the pair as they were leaving the bang and found all the money along with a handgun. both are facing several felony charges including possession of a firearm. >>> a local doctor writing prescriptions for painkillers without ever seeing the patients patients. that's the charge of the delaware county district attorney. local narcotics officers say 74-year-old steven friedman prescribed addictive painkillers for people who never even had a physical. five month investigation led to the charges. friedman and his 78-year-old receptionist margaret mcgowan now face multiple counts of illegal administration, distribution and criminal conspiracy. >>> vice-president joe biden came to town to address house democrats today. the vice-president appearing in the sheraton society hill. he's urging voters to rally against the republicans
