modeling is right. already down into the teens and low 20's. that's your actual air temperature. but what does it feel like? single digits, below zero, two below for winchestergain as we look at midnight wind chills tonight it could be as cold as 11 to 20 degrees below zero the farther west you go the colder it is, the stronger the winds are. 8:00 a.m. wind chill temperatures, this is why you're seeing so many delays tomorrow, i think it's because of these wind chill temperatures, feeling like 14 below for frederick and then we get you out to 6 o'clock tomorrow night and it's still while the wind is a little better it's still bitterly cold and this goes on through the weekend as well. i'm going to run you up to the weekend forecast as we look at these bitter cold wind chills that last until 11 o'clock tomorrow, saturday night and let you know that while wind chill temperatures will be bad all day tomorrow, actual air temperatures probably mostly in the upper teens to near 20 south and east of d.c. now, the weekend is also cold and dry. 19 degrees the high temperature saturday. friday and saturday bitter, single digit wind chills as we go through the weekend.
