that's the best bet there for this to form as it approaches the windward island.to watch and also watching what's going on around portions of the western pacific because our fifth named storm of the season has formed. this is nanmadol. and this particular storm not only bringing wet weather toward portions of northern taiwan but notice there's a front around portions of eastern china. the rainfall has been incredible. we're talking about 300,000 people being displaced across this region. in fact, the yangtze river, one of the main tributaries of the river there burgs its banks. water levels among the highest ever observed across this region. and again, this sort of perspective with a tropical disturbance on approach is never, never good news. but the steering currents in the atmosphere, guys, are such that they'll push the storm system on into portions of japan. that could bring some rainfall across that region as well. want to leave you with this. i'll give you a forecast out of the western united states. seattle's one area that's seen so much rainfall. the bet f
