orlando medical, regional medical center, winny palmer hospital, arnold palmer hospital, we know allee of them were on lockdown at some point. we had video of there being shots fired in the direction of the night club, but we do know from police that the shooter inside the night club is dead. we're still waiting for confirmation if this is the only shooter involved. the number of those shot, injured, killed, we also saw that there were several ambulances that were scrambling to get the people inside and outside of that club to hospitals. there were civilians that put people into the back of pickup trucks there. the sun is up. some of the vehicles have cleared, but this is still a very active situation, if not an active crime screen. >> absolutely. in fact, we have seen, some of the people getting on buses, we're assuming many have been there since this happened around 2:00 a.m. but there are still bomb squad members on the scene. there are still s.w.a.t. team members on the team, and the surrounding perimeter they've core doan -- cordoned off. we want to take you to boris sanchez, he

and our suppliers got stuff from central supply, brought self over from older palmer hospital, winnie palmer hospital such that we didn't need for anything. we had used at all but we had replaced immediately. then we got word from opd that there would be another 20 to 25 patients continuing to come and that's when the second wave started to come and it was basically a repeat of the first. we had gotten some of those patients out of the operating room to the intensive care unit and we just kind of started doing it all over again, putting the patients that needed to go to the operating room in the trauma they were moving people that did not out to the other parts of the emergency department and i just can't thank my partners, my colleagues, my colleagues in nursing and respiratory therapy. environmental services, the support staff did a great job. i think it is very fortunate that this happened two blocks away. and it's very fortunate that we have the team that pulled together like we did. >> do you want to talk about what kind of injuries? >> i'm joseph abraham, the health director at orlando

been on lockdown since 2:00 a.m., going on four hours now and also arnold palmer hospital and winnie palmerwhat would lead hospital management to lock down these three hospitals? >> the only thing i can think of is that maybe they thought that whoever did these shootings might do more and follow some of the victims to the hospital and create a situation in one of these hospitals. i think that would probably be the only reason that they have to fear for the safety of individuals at the hospital and also not want other people coming in, family members and everyone else, just trying to keep the hospital able to operate and keep the emergency rooms opened without being interfered with people even though they are good wishers can still cause a chaotic situation. >> tom, when we're dealing with a situation like this and we just heard that gentleman saying he thought there were two shooters. again, we have absolutely no confirmation of that, but when you don't know what you are dealing with in a situation like this, how do authorities deal in with what -- okay -- i'm sorry. i want to let you know
