i am from winston-salem, n.c. one thing we are graling with is social media. it impacts ethical obligation that we have, client confidentiality issues. i figure if we are grappling with those issues that it is probably more acute in the court system. i was wondering how the supreme court has dealt with this phenomenon. i have this image of one of your clerks tweeting about what is going on. is the dghter of a justice by justice basis? do you have certain policies enacted on that area? -- it is its enacted by justice by justice? >> i sit down with each of the clerks and go through a number of things they need to be aware of. i tell them that they should obviously not be tweeting about what they are doing. a lot of it is inadvertently. we are working very hard on opinion this week, getting ready, and discerning people can look at what they are saying and put two and two together and figure out what their boss is doing. even unintentionally, they can sometimes reveal confidences and that is very dangerous. it my advice is to put that all on hold. i appreciate tha

he is on his way to winston-salem, north carolina.the specific counts against edwards. what is he being charged with? >> well, he's being charged with conspiracy to accept illegal campaign contributions, filing misleading campaign reports and furtherance of that. he's also being accused of false statements. in other words, not fully disclosing the fact that he had received something like almost a million dollars from a couple contributors to try to cover up his affair with this woman rielle hunter who eventually had his child and he's also being charged with false statements. so, it's sort of a complete package filed by the united states government against john edwards, in a case that sort of sprang out of the 2008 presidential campaign when he's getting ready to run and now he has to defend himself. he has a very good attorney. it's been pretty clear for a while that edwards was thinking about fighting it out in court, as opposed to making some type of a plea agreement that would have seen him essentially pleading guilty to a felony.
