shepard: ok, parents from wisconsin prayed for their dying daughter that she would not die. they did not take her to the hospital and she died. they are back in court, expected to learn their prison sentence and a moment. their last name is newman, charged with reckless homicide. their daughter was 11-year-old natalie. she had undiagnosed diabetes. rather than getting a diagnosis, they prayed for her. she could not walk or talk before she died. she could not eat or drink, was suffering immeasurably. the fund -- family finally called 911 after the girl stopped breathing. he believed that taking the girl to the hospital would put a doctor before god. they have three other children. the attorney plans to appeal the case. with us now, judge andrew napolitano. what happens here? >> they will probably each be sentenced to between 20 and 25 years in jail because of the horrific suffering that they permitted. this is not a one-shot deal. this was long term suffering with a gradual, and exorable debilitation of his girl. she is 11 years old. she could not talk, walk, each, or drink.
