northern parts of minnesota into wisconsin. you usually see snow beginning to fall this time of year but that snow line is going to work in towards western and central pennsylvania by late this afternoon, tonight, through tomorrow morning so, yeah we're going to see the snow early right across basically the poconos and the allegheny. a low-pressure center caught up in the jet stream pushing a good shield of rain out ahead to the ohio valley and down in towards tennessee. we have the convergence of jet streams going on in the lower levels. look at these big thunderstorms beginning to pop up around southeastern oklahoma western parts of arkansas and getting in towards almost near shreveport later this morning. we also had a couple funnel clouds across southeastern oklahoma early this morning. no touchdowns. no tornado reports yet but the severe thunderstorm warnings are out there. those are the orange boxes all drifting to the southeast at about 15 miles per hour so it's going to rain over you for a longer period of time since th
