today the city of madison, wisconsin, is on edge. in an hour one of its officers will learn if he will have to defend himself in the justice system in which he was sworn to serve. the local district attorney here is set to announce whether officer matt kinney will be charged for shooting 19-year-old tony robinson to death. robinson did not have a weapon. this happened march 6th when officer kinney responded to a 911 kbaul tony robinson jumping -- call about tony robinson jumping between cars attacking people. the family reportedly says robinson may have been on hallucinogenic mushrooms, what they told the local paper. kenney says when he reached the scene, the door was open. he went inside where robinson assaulted him, forcing him to shoot. an autopsy found robinson was shot in the head torso, and arm. his lawyer says the officer suffered a concussion. joining me now is the aunt of tony robinson. she is laurie ann carter. my condolences to you. >> thank you very much, brooke. >> you are about to learn what happens, fate of this offic

wisconsin governor scott walker topping a new poll among republican voters in iowa.ker gained 17% of the vote in a "des moines register" poll. i spoke with governor walker to learn when he will announce that run. >> governor thanks for joining us. >> thanks for having me on. >> you have been traveling throughout the country. back in january you filed what's called a 527. you launched a website. your 527 is called the american revival. but you've yet to throw your hat officially in the ring for the presidential election. what's take you so long? why haven't you announced yet? >> as governor of wisconsin, at least in our state, our budget comes out every two years. state budgets will be done at the end of june. it's still my obligation to see through a positive budget that hopefully for the fifth and sixth year in a row will lower property taxes in our state even from where they were before i took office in 2010. i want to have a good budget that continues to provide reform in our state. shortly after, we'll be announcing our intentions to the people of this great coun
