if you continue northbound you'll hit an accident near wissahickon.t's currently blocking the off ramp boulevard northbound extension at wissahickon. we saw fire trucks with this earlier on. the action cam was on the scene, serious accident that injured two people here on the boulevard northbound on that northbound extension near wissahickon. it's been causing big problems this morning. you can city see that tree kind of smashed into a truck a terrible situation in the nicetown tioga section. we had not one but two accidents on the boulevard northbound. that one near wissahickon is still blocking the off ramp even though it's dry right there so watch for in accident still blocking the off ramp. vine street expressway no problems this morning. ben franklin parkway at this point appears opened so no issues there but we know in the inner lanes -- the inner drives are going to be blocked once again starting about 10 o'clock as they get ready for the big parade preparations. currently dry through the region but we'll be watching for those preps later. dela
