what happens to these kids and these seniors when -- if it wasn't for agencies like the wmca in our estimation? >> the problem is, they can't leave. if they were in a domestic violence situation, there's no place for them to two or get guidance. it's not that easy to leave a situation, to find out what their rights are and things like that. we have a crisis department. they wouldn't know where to turn. we wouldn't be -- a sexual assault that's taken to the hospital 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. they would have no advocate standing alongside of you who worked for the yw in this whole area that stands with you for as long as it takes. if you just want it that night of the incident or all the way through the trial, we are there. we have bilingual staff available at all times and actually we have a majority of bilingual staff at the yw. >> you mentioned, we have a group of about a dozen girls who are here, through your program. >> this is the tech girl program. when people think of the yw, they think it's only women and girls that we serve. actually, they're probably a one single gender program.
