>> that's a very important word, wolf. because, look, i think the attorney general looked at the mueller report and decided he was going to go out and do a press conference in which he was going to use the president's language, which is no collusion. mueller clearly is using the exact language that you should use in this case, which is that there's -- and you can see it, right? if you read volume i, you see there's plenty of evidence of improper activities. it didn't reach the level to where you can charge a larger conspiracy, as he said today, but it's clear that mueller believes that volume i is a very important part of the findings here. and you know, this is not only passing the baton on volume ii, obstruction, but it is also on volume i, for congress to consider. if you look, he started off by describing this as a concerted attack on our political system by the russian military. he ends it by talking about systemic efforts to interfere with our election. and it's something that -- an allegation that deserves the atten
