ktvu's claudine wong joining us live, she's in san jose.'s concern there could be more victims. claudine. reporter: certainly, dave, this investigation is ongoing. we have confirmed for you this morning, though, that this officer is free after spending about 10 hours behind bars here at the main santa clara county jail. investigators are focused on 44- year-old san jose police officer patrick d'arrigo. he has been a police officer for the past 17 years, but for the past couple of years he's been under investigation himself. now, according to the mercury news, the investigation began when reports started coming in about d'arrigo having parties with teenagers and alcohol at his gilroy home. sources told the merc that two possible molestation victims were identified but charges weren't filed recently until a witness came forward. yesterday a grand jury handed down an indictment and d'arrigo was arrested. he was booked about 3:30 in the afternoon at the main county jail, but then was released this morning after boasting bail -- posting bail. sa
