claudine wong is joining us live with rescue video you will see only on 2.e. >> reporter: the accident investigation team is on the scene. take a look behind me and you can see you have a couple people right by the car that crash trying to figure out what happened. this investigation will take awhile. they will be out here for hours and there were six people in that car. let me tell you about what we know. i will show you video of the accident. this all happened around 1:30 this morning. the crash involved just one car and a tree but it was apparently so loud that people in the area heard it and called 911. when rescue crews got here, they found six people involved. the driver was trapped. they had to peel back the car basically and use a lot of extraction techniques to get the driver out. all six people are at the hospital right now. police will only tell us that officers are also at the hospital trying to determine their condition. in the meantime, the accident investigators have come out here to try to figure out what led up to the crash. they don't know
