fox 5's bob barnard is live in woodbridge with the story. reporter: this happened late saturday night, early sunday morning about the time santa was making his rounds. some bank bandits were busy right here right behind that wall there to the right of the atms construction crews spending much of the day repairing a big hole in the interior wall. that separates a vacant business to the right from this bank here. that's how the robbers got to the backs of those two atms to steal a large amount of money. bank security officers spent much of the night telling customers this branch of the navy federal credit union was closed. the sign on the door blamed it on communication problems, but prince william county police say sometime between christmas eve night and early christmas afternoon what was likely a team of bank robbers stole all the money from navy federal's twin atms. first breaking in through the backdoor of a vacant store next- door, then blasting a hole into the wall adjacent to the bank. once inside they tore open the atms and stole all

county supervisors will get a staff report on the storm damage at holly acres mobile home park in woodbridge is trying to figure out what to do with the property that sat in a federally defined flood way following the massive flooding in september that badly damaged 65 trailers. they demollished the property and tried to keep owners from rebuilding, but a zoning board reversed the decision. just last week, that decision was successfully appealed. >>> winds are in the forecast today for southern california, and they should allow power crews to get to work. thousands near santa barbara have not had electricity since the storm blew through last week. near hurricane force winds knocked down trees and power lines. overnight gusts were expected to reach some 45 miles an hour. a wind advisory remains in effect through this afternoon. wow, they've had winds there for quite a while. high winds. >> since last week. and that same cold air mass that created winds in california is over the central rockies. right now in yellowstone park it's 21 below zero. in san antonio, texas, it's only 35 degrees. whil

internal medicine doctor has been accused of an appropriately touching five different women at his woodbridge practice between march and december. all of his accusers were his patients. he worked ridgeview clinic. his bio has been removed from the website. the first incident happened on september 14, when a woman told police he touched her in a proper way. the second incident happened when a 54-year-old woman from manassas said he kissed her. residents around the areas responded by saying he should be suspended until the investigation has been completed, but some of his patients came to his defense. one woman wrote a letter to a newspaper vouching for his character and questioning the motives of the accusers. he has been charged with assault as well as battery and sexual battery. from the hearing today, we expect a plea deal to be reached, which may not sit very well with the accusers. we will be following the story all day. >>> it's 5:16. the scandal at penn state. and you accuser says a former assistant coach jerry sandusky sexually abused him. the 19-year-old said this happened in 2004 whe
