a woodbridge man has been arrested charged with possessing hundreds of images of child pornography. detectives began the investigation after receiving a cyber tip through the national center for policing and exploited children. they connected the on-line account to kevin who was arrested last friday and charged with several counts of child pornography and he's been hold without bond. a break in a series of bank robberies linked to a group the f.b.i. calls the black hat bandits. according to court documents, thomas george admitted he was one of the black hat bandits. george was arrested and charged with robbing a wells fargo bank in march. the group is reportedly connected to eight robberies across the d.c. region since january. a judge will hear arguments tomorrow on whether to stop sweet briar college from closing closing. the school announced last month it would close because of financial problems. amherst county attorney asked for an injunction claiming charitable funds were misused and closing the school would violate terms of the will that established sweet briar. during the he
