tom roussey joins us live in woodbridge with this. tom?haver been telling you about thieves putting skimming devices inside of gas pumps to steal credit and debit card information, but these guys are actually putting the devices inside of 7-elevens. what makes the crime unique is the technology they are using. week, three times tuesday alone, prince william county police investigated skimming devices on atm's inside woodbridge 7-elevens. the thieves put one sk immer with a camera over where the money comes out. >> we're seeing a variety. tom: the other thing making these crimes unit, the thieves receive the stolen debit card information using wireless bluetooth technology. they never have to get the skimmer back. >> they just abandon the technology and get what they can before the devices located. tom: these are sturdily built. hereu pull here or here or and anything is loose, that is a sign them is seen -- the machine might be tempered with. using bluetooth helps the criminals but also helps you. you can use your smart phone to check for

in woodbridge. it's right by pennington lane. our northern virginia bureau chief jeff goldberg with new information about just what happened here. jeff? jeff: well, alison, it was about 7:00 on saturday night in this section of woodbridge where the 36-year-old woman was walking on this session of elm farm road where police say she was accosted by a 13-year-old boy who they believe likely tried to drag her into a wooded area. woman tells police she noticed she was being followed by a male on a bicycle so she picked up the pace of her walking but authorities say at that point the teen grabbed the woman. he was off his bike. grabbed the woman and pulled her in the middle of the road. she was then able to scream and kick and get away. the boy took off on foot. as the woman called police. they showed up fast. they were able to canvass the area and flood the area putting focus on the elm farm mobile home park. police were able to identify the juvenile and take him into experience for this 36-year-old woman. >> she just noticed she was
