all traffic being rerouted on highway 115 between davis and woodland. back to you. >> thank you, tom, reporting live from daveis. >>> the morning started off with some rain. a couple of locations .25. ben lomond being one. we still have mostly cloudy skies but there are some sunbreakses. if you get that, it feels warm, muggy. santa rosa is reporting lane and then into northern napa county that's one band there. another band went down towards monterey. i think we need to keep an eye on some of the higher elevations for a little later. around napa as well. not all of it reaching the ground but some of it is. a little band went by and now it's stretching out towards highway 5 in the valley. that's gone. but it's a sign of things to come. a lot of moisture streaming in from the low right there. it's tapped in and is funneling in tropical moisture. we have 50s. and now we're in the 50s and 60s. if you get the sun, it's on the mild side. the wind will turn more southerly because as that low is approaching it, we'll get a south wind. almost 80 down in palm spr
