took a look at the woodland block. that's just off of trooper road. if you're not familiar with this area trooper is on the west side. lower providence police and fire department and the montgomery county hazmat have responded to a company called e.r. joseph. they make compressed gas. we're told by the fire chief that they respond to a little after 9:00. workers inside the company called 911 smelling chlorine. they say something spilled inside. there were numerous follow up calls. you can see the company is embedded in a large residential neighborhood. we're told 50 homes have been evacuated. about five to ten people were taken to the local hospital complains of breathing problems. many be housed at the lower providence fire department. it will be sometime before the people can get back into their homes. even though they have found the source of the leak down there that now they need to vent the building and have to get the homeowner or the residents of the homes back to the houses and take air samples inside to make sure it's safe for them to be insi
