i am a resident of wood ward street which is the area right behind brick and mortar. originally we tried to come up with amicable solutions i had a again relationship with them. so when i started to hear some music in brick and mortar i went over there and spoke with the sound technical. i we would him to the neighborhood and i said we were experiencing too much noise so they said they were working on a solution and it would take three weeks and they would turn it down in the meantime and i said fine don't worry about it and it went on inform 7 weeks. i met with someone who wouldn't tell me his name and said he didn't have to take the stuff and walked away from me. i never received any invites or any letters until making maybe a couple of months ago. i never received any letters inviting me over for any sound approving. it doesn't matter i can hear it i can hear drums and guitar the whole abandon inside my living room and at this point, i have not had any improvement. i'm actually, the person he was referring to when he said someone refused the sound test that's not t
