if you're near woodstown south of there in and around salem you want to take shelter right now in theay from the windows. the basement is the best thing. if you don't have a basement first floor, interior room with no windows as we have that tornado warning. as we take a look at double scan live radar there you can see the cylinder on the radar. it is just to the east of bear. right on the verge of pennsville. as it's pushing over the delaware river right now again moving in this trajectory which would take it right between salem, woodstown and just to the south of pennsville. some of the towns here. harrisonville at 4:51, salem at four:57 welshville at 5:03. alloway at 5:13 and fenwick at 5:16. there we can see the cylinder on the radar right near new castle. you can see it is 11 lightning strikes. not a lot of lightning but an indication of the cylinder on double scan live radar just to the north and east of red line and bear and you can see more cylinders popping up. some of these cylinders are showing winds turning in the upper part of the atmosphere, some of them showing it turni

chopper three, still live over the scene at woodstown and monroe ville road. just got new information in just few seconds ago these flames, as you can see behind that smoke there, that white smoke, they have kick up again. and we aren't sure what is inside that building, but we do know that business is a farm, and we're also hearing that the firefighters are having some trouble getting more water to this scene. they are starting to truck the water in now to the scene. you can see the flames here to the right side of the building, then white smoke over top of t but that fire is still kicking up. first it was declared under control, but once again those hot spots they pop up at any time. >> when you look at the wide shot from our chopper, you can see pretty large property. so getting water in to that location may be, you know, that's the issue there. but just hoping it doesn't spread to the neighboring buildings because they are in pretty close proximity there. >> exactly. we'll keep an eye. >> hopefully everyone okay, too. >> that one hot spot, flames back at i

salem, you should be receiving this by about 4:52 woodstown 5:00. woods mills by 5:13.in, this is a storm we're watching closely, very dangerous storm. and it's again, you do not see a tornado in your area it is still under a severe thunderstorm warning. same area 60-mile-an-hour winds. heavy rain lightning and the possibility of hail. very dangerous storm. i'm going to go back to where we watched the rotation in this storm. it's evolving as it continues to track to the east around 20 miles an hour. this is what we call velocity. this is where we find the rotation within the storm. lightning strikes around the center of rotation right near pennsville approaching salem. delaware city is on the southern edge of this as well we have washing this entire area as this whole storm continues tracking to the east. now, again, salem county lower alloway creek, all in this warned area. salem should be one of the first areas it reaches. mannington, as well. if you're in any of these areas in salem county this is an area where we have the strongest rotation out of our entire area. s

woodstown 2.7. mays landing 2.6. mulika township 2.5. there certainly was a bull's eye to the storm. look at estimates from the last 24 hours through southern new castle county, kent county delaware, cross the delaware river into interior south jersey 4 inches, 5 inches reported in some spots even up to 6 inches of rain. hammington hit hard as well. take a a look at the temperatures only in the 50's. it is 57 in philadelphia, average high, is 79 degrees for this time of the year. so 22 degrees below normal today and millville 56. even the poconos, 55 with the rain and the clouds, temperatures are not varying that much from north to south. why is it so cool? we have had overcast skies, we have a warm front to the south and a persistent easterly flow. when ocean water temperature in the 50's temperatures continue to struggle, and will stay, very cool, so this evening, some spotty showers and drizzle expected not a lot of accumulation staying chill which temperatures in the 50's and then we have to be wear of areas of fog overnight tonight,
