i'd like to social myself with the remarks that were made earlier by deedee workman of the chamber but one issue i want to have the staff and or the department and the commissioners reconsider or to think about and that is applying or spending those rules to atms. retail today faces champed like online shopping more and more people are buying things from amazon and dozens and dozens of another that are available online. when people go to other people ams they provide a number of different tractions and deposit money and take money out. and when they took money out they're not spending the money at amazon. when i go to the atm probably once a week i get cash give my son an allowance and spends it at the local book shop and pay the babysitter and shop at one restaurant open you 22nd. when people go to atms they get cash and spend it nearby so i understand they're not the most exciting thing to look at but when you look at on the balance when you look at the services they provide in the neighborhood and the neighborhood merchant it's positive. so again, thank you for your work and i know
