expansion project will assure our convention center remains a linchpin of our city's tourism sector and you know we have world class tourism in this city and by expanding the muscone center, we're going to capture a market that has been waiting to come to san francisco and not to other sin cities. i've talked to a lot of people and they have slogans like what stayness someplace happens in someplace, happens in someplace and stays in someplace. whatever that is. but you know in san francisco when we hold conventions here and get all these great technology kupb conventions we're having, we want the whole world to know about it. we have nothing to hide. so we have a different slogan. along our waterfront, mixed use developments are being planned for seawall lot 337 and pier 70 that will create vibrant neighborhoods and in just 5 years we're going to welcome home golden state warriors here to san francisco. as has been mentioned the super bowl is a world class event and deserves a world class city and worldlass region to host it. as a kid who grew up here in san francisco and in the fall to trek every sunday to candlestick park to watch the 49ers play, now this is such an exciting time that we get to have the chance to host the event that we only got to watch on tv for the past few decades. what an incredible time for our city. even if the super bowl's played down the road in santa clara, for us, these are the san francisco 49ers. always have been, always will be. san francisco 49er fan also be so excited and come together as a region and city behind this. it will have enormous impacts, bringing the neighborhoods together from sunset to bay view. think about the thousands of jobs. hundreds of millions of economic activity for our city. more importantly the opportunity to display san francisco on the world stage. when we had america's cup a few weeks ago, and nbc broadcast the bay and events live on sunday, we couldn't ask for better pr event anywhere than what we achieved that sunday. no

that makes the improvements and make the transportation system the world class system that san francisco deserves for being a world class city. that involves reducing the everyday barriers for using the transit system. i know people that don't use it because they think it's complicated. they don't understand the signage and the schedules and by increasing ridership you can increase rates and a cycle for overall improved transit system. i similarly have a lot of ideas for traffic easing and bus only lanes and bike safety and sharing programs and numerous other things i thought of and bounced ideas off people i know. i am extremely passion of transportation. i am a rider and use bart and cal train. i work on a clean tech automobile company and tesla motors. you might have heard it. we're focused on changing the landscape of transportation and making it much more cleaner, reducing emissions which i think intersecting a lot with the goals of this organization. as a side note i am a collector of subways from around the world. i feel i can bring skills and qualifications from my experience. i'm a financial analyst and worked at mo
