let's see if julie wright has any good news. i expect she doesn't. >> it has been a very interesting commute so far this morning with the signal lights that are dark around the area. so if you come up to an intersection where the lutes are not working, you need to treat it as a four-way stop. authorities tell us they are checking southbound along i-95 after 216 but before 198 so heads up for accident activity. now, if you are traveling along 270, you will find they have lifted the hov restricts on 270. southbound traffic is already starting to slow here approaching 109 headed out toward the truck scales. they have also lifted the restricts in the hovs along 66 inside of the beltway so make note of that. but 95, 395, route other in maryland, your hov restrictions are still in effect. so again, allow extra time out on the roads. be careful. clean-up continues from the storm damage. a lot of tree debris still left out there in the roadways. some areas, the far right lane under a lot of tree debris and large tree limbs. allow extra
