this is a policy statement that san francisco believes it is wrong for any employee funded by the city and county of san francisco to target muslim americans, asians, and asian americans for secret intelligence gathering purely based on their race or religious beliefs, and not any reasonable suspicion of criminal or terrorist activity. daniel redmond, at the national center for lesbian rights, stated it best in an op-ed.
