miss wynn? >> thank you for that question, chair. i think a lot of what is built into the program is the ability for the agency to monitor the costs. of our neighboring states in comparison to oregon. we track the fuel retail and wholesale prices of fuels that are delivered in california and washington and in idaho. for the past years that we have been operating the program in oregon, we have not seen a significant increase in comparison to those states. those are states that also don't necessarily -- in the state of idaho don't have any additional fuel standards. we do keep track of those prices. we are required to have cost containment mechanisms in the program to be able to monitor those fuel prices. i think it's a combination of the monitoring and the cross containment mechanisms that have not caused the large volatility in fuel prices in oregon. >> thanks a lot. fuel costs as part of its implementation of the low carbon fuel standard. very briefly or their theresurrounding states that dot have the low carbon fuel standards today
