this is central wyoming from casper wyoming all the way to coax the wyoming. bring at 50 miles. that's the trail. the original have not been tampered with or disturbed. there are some more pictures but that is the unpaved sections of the trail and it was absolute nirvana out there. there we are. i love this series of pictures because we are dwarfed by the signal bluff. the famous bluff in nebraska. there were tv foundations where if you camp up there during the summer to look for buffalo in that sort of thing. i love the way the terrain started to dwarf are covered wagon. and that is essentially the same spot. you can see from that picture how brisk that flag is. the prevailing westerlies are 30 to 35 miles an hour almost every day. the same area from behind. so we got to a place called was going to get a sense of all security because he wagons were designed to go over rough terrain. the card is only two wheels and not as stable. we went up the hill diagonally and the logan the kark shifted and it did the perfect job of flipping. we didn't break the wheels and then we have the c

i spent an entire august work period in my state of wyoming and although wyoming, thank god wasn't on fire this summer, it has been in the past. i can tell you when i woke up on the western state of wyoming, my ice were burning from fires that were burning hundreds of miles est of me in idaho, in washington and northern california. to ignore science, to ignore management practices and to allow this to continue is disgraceful. the house passed this. i urge the senate to take it up and i thank the gentleman from arkansas for his thoughtful contribution to the united states by serving here. i yield back. mr. westerman: i thank the the gentlewoman from wyoming and point out that forest management is different in different parts of the country and we have trained forestry professionals. we have good people working for the forest service that know how to do the right job but their hands are tied and can't use the things they have learned in school and can't use the things they learned through practice and can't practice the art or science of forestry because of the policies here in washingt
