this is dave and yeager. good morning to both of you. they are reporting 54 degrees overcast skies in napa this morning. thanks for that information. currently winds under 10 at the seashore up to 9 in san francisco. tri-valley 12-mile-per-hour winds. upstream to 32 in fairfield. winds later today out of the southwest 10 to 20 stronger gusts at times with breezes even though we are seeing the stratus, we do have pretty decent visibility. the return of the blanket of clouds and fog, a weak disturbance around southern california lifting north. it's enhancing our marine layer. with that enhancement we have that marine layer moving closer and closer to the bay and stretching well inland and as it does so, it's cooling us off. so we are seeing a wind shift, as well. yesterday we saw a flow of the jet stream coming down in a southerly direction. now we see the jet stream lifting up and again encouraging that marine layer. here we are at lunchtime today. totally socked in. deepening marine layer streams inland cooling us down. there you have pr
