as you know -- there we go, the project is located in in yerba buena center. which the agency helped assemble and develop over the years into a the cultural district that you know today. the last remaining undeveloped parcel is the mexican museum site. that is shown here on central block one. here is an an aerial view. and reggie 706 mission street site, which combines it with a building that was purchased by millennium partners. there is a long trajectory to the history of this project. in 2013, ocii entered into a purchase and sale agreement with millennium for a mixed use project on that combined site. the project started construction in 2016. in overview, the develop a program for this project includes 190 units of condominiums, and a 480-foot tower. the build out of the korn shell of about a 48,000 square-foot museum space and the four floors. the developer is responsible for building that shell and transferring it to the city. also, part of the project is historical preservation of the aaronson building on the ownership and operation of the garage. you s

and it's going to be at the yerba buena gardens, yerba buena arts district in san francisco.we're expecting to have it done by the beginning of 2021. and we want to show not only californians, but like every visitor to san francisco our story, the mexican culture and latino culture. damian: was it kind of a no brainer to bring it to the consulate and make sure that everybody gets to appreciate fine art like this? paula: yes, actually it is the kickoff event for this initiative that is called museum without walls. so, with this event, we're starting like a lot of events are happening, activities. so, we're taking all the services of the museums and the collections to different places so the people can enjoy mexican culture or latino culture, and that actually the museum can offer the service to the community as well. damian: how do you feel that you are able to bring this rich artwork to this area and be able to showcase it to this area? paula: well, i feel very proud. as you know, damian, i was born and raised in mexico, so every time that i see these kind of amazing artworks

everything from oceanside to southeast plant and all the computations including treasure island and yerba buenaave all the preventative responsibility, maintaining maintenance and also keeping up with work orders from operations. i would say one of the things fortunately for me is the staff is incredibleably motivated. the staff here knows what to do, how to do the job safely, and it makes my job incredibly easy. >> they know the job, and they know the challenges, and i think it's all about personal pride. they want to do a good job. from our maintenance group to our i.n.c., dedication to the people. when they're going home, and they're crossing the bay bridge, and they get a call that there's a problem with a pump station on treasure island, they return to work. they turnaround in westbound traffic and get back to work and get this pump back in line, and i can't tell you how much that means to me as a boss and the city and county of san francisco. >> as a group, if they didn't do what they do, the streets would be flooded with waste and gray water, and it could become a health hazard. we take
