and here are the water tanks that are coming, which are very big and on top of yerba buena. for those curious, this is a map of the water source from hetch hetchy through to your yerba buena and this drinking water network has a companion of recycled water under all the streets ready for connection to the puc new wastewater treatment plant under construction. this will be a purple pipe system enabling recycled water for landscaping irrigation et cetera and very little discharge. super green are features that make the development the highest ranked lead project for neighborhood design in the world. new electrical, water, wastewater and recycled water are underline the streets and sizewalk of phase 1. let's see what it looks like in photos which are pretty. this is the phase 1 area as it looked under the after the geo tech work had been completed. the area was stabilized for streets and buildings in 2020 and here is the same area this year. the streets and underground utilities are complete and building are rising. at night the new infrastructure is visible done the brand new

and our own distribution would be primarily in the city's redevelopment area, so treasure island, yerba buena, mission rock, hunter point shipyard. finally there is a specific section and rules for our customers who are mostly developers who are engaged in multi-phased master plan developments. again in the city redevelopment areas. so, as i mentioned, 2023 update provides a lot of additional clarification and details, particularly around cost allocation and generating facility interconnections. this is primarily customer owned solar. but, largely there is little to no substantive change in the rules compared to the prior version. my final slide and the final point i would like to drive home is that these rules and the proposed updates are about accountability to our customers. this is the standard to which we hold ourselves and we are continually striving to do better. in order to do this of course a first step is we must have clear rules that are effectively documented so we can be transparent and we can be consistent. today we are seeking your approval of these proposed rules to go into ef
