today i spoke to a member of yetman's family who confirmed yetman never served in the military. he applied but was rejected. we learned the police officer's jacket yetman was wearing in 2003 was given to him by a family member of a slain philadelphia police officer, robert hayes. nothing illegal an that. but police say yetman crossed the line when he was stopped by police on main street in doylestown driving with a suspended license and no seat belt. >> he had a philadelphia police patrol jacket on with the philadelphia police patch on the arm and philadelphia police badge. when the officer questioned him about if he was a police officer, told him he was in the 26th district. >> reporter: yetman was fined and given three months' probation, but his relative told me his obsession with police and the military never stopped. >> why is your flag so low on your shoulder? should be up here. >> reporter: it's important to note, again, that sean yetman has not been charged with anything in connection with what happened at the mall. and middletown township police i talked to this afternoo
