i visited a ymca in our district thinking they wanted to talk about gymnasiums struggling from the pandemic but wanted to talk about conflicts breaking out at the y due to politics. we don't need to accept that. none of us should throw up our hands and say i guess that's just life in 2024 and we won't solve any big problems and hate each other and worry about getting punched out at the elyptical at the gym. we need to learn how to engage with folks who disagree with us. i introduced a bill to bridge divides and train americorps members to train in bridge building and support colleges and universities doing work in this space and i hope congress will eventually pass it. we're even trying to do bridge building in congress, and i'm a co-chair of the bipartisan working group, which is about a dozen democrats and republicans that meet regularly over breakfast to try to find common ground. i don't want to mislead you all thinking we're sitting around the table and holding hands and singing consume buy all and closing our eyes and doing trust falls in each others arms. we stopped doing that after

jowski i'm excited to allow the president elect to continued use of ymca because he seems to genuinely like the song. he seems to be bringing so much joy to the american people michael, national security adviser and sue the pushback and blow back. what have you seen and what about this change? am i wrong? >> you're not wrong. everybody is coming to the table and media to mobiles and world leaders and it's a couple of things. one, these are common sense approaches and it's the mandate for common sense that president trump's bringing. two, he's ready to deal, and he's ready to make deals and the american people responded overwhelmingly and i can't tell you enough how much that mandate matters but these engagement haves all been overwhelmingly positive and seeing bezos talking about deregulation and zuckerberg talking about ai, elon talking about going to the moon, this president is ready to do big things and it's an honor to be by his side as he does it. >> mike, i can watch him walk into mar-a-lago and on the planet and off the planet and i don't know what happens when they're talking.
