oakland's waterfront, part of a proposed $12 billion redevelopment project at howard terminal is not a yo yo, this is a journey. and i really respect that the aids do need a backup plan absolutely respect that because developing on the california coastline is complicated, but this has been all forward progress striking a positive tone, but the project facing stiff opposition so far from businesses operating at the ports planning advisory committee recommending against the project last month. and a group of ports workers filing a lawsuit to block the project this month. we're doing everything we can. we're spending $2 million a month. we're working with the city staff. we're doing everything we can to get the approvals to fight out the lawsuits to bring that to a positive outcome this summer, but the team making one thing clear it's really howard terminal or bust, leaving these fans with no choice but to simply hope for the best. we are the only team here now in oakland. we don't have any more. teams warriors left, so hopefully they'll stay here. a key vote for the oakland a's project coming
